Convention/ House Policies:

* There will be no refunds on admission, tickets, seminars, or competitions.

* No smoking anywhere inside the hotel (unless you have a smoking guestroom). Outside smoking areas will be located where posted

* No Weapons!!! This will result in immediate expulsion and could result in a run-in with the law. We reserve the right to ask anyone at anytime if they are carrying a weapon. Although someone may refuse this request, they will not be permitted in the convention area.

* No Fighting. This event is for everyone to enjoy themselves and to see some great tattooing not to get in a tiff. If this occurs, both parties will be escorted out without refund and will not be allowed back for the remainder of the convention dates.

* No outside alcohol or food will be allowed to be brought in to the convention area.

* Please be sure to respect all of the exhibitors by not placing open food or drink in their area without the permission of the exhibitor.

* Although there is no age limit for the convention, no person under the age of 18 will be allowed to be tattooed during the convention.

* Convention Pros and New found Events reserves the right to deny entrance to anyone we deem necessary.

* Don’t try to drink if you are not 21.

* Wristbands must be worn at all times to gain access into the convention area. No sharing will be permitted. This will result in being removed without refund.

* No unapproved solicitation. Only approved exhibitors and sponsors will be allowed to pass out flyers, postcards, posters and any other form of advertisement. Our exhibitors pay their dues to be apart of this and we will not have any free-loaders.

* I suggest that you do not take pictures of art without permission from the artist. The exhibiting artists work very hard to produce what they are displaying.

* Violators of rules will be removed from the expo without refund.

* Finally, we ask that you come and enjoy yourself and see some incredible tattooing, art and entertainment
